Whitaker Woods Fun Runs (and walks):

Every Tuesday from May until the end of October 

Weekly Fun Runs at 5:30 p.m. at Whitaker Woods.  Walkers and runners of all abilities are invited to meet at the John Fuller School in North Conway.

 

 

On the Track Speed Workouts:

Thursday at 5:00 p.m. on the oval at Fryeburg Academy. Workouts can range from 400m repeats with a three minute rest interval between repeats to 800m repeats and longer rest intervals. Everyone runs at their own 400m pace but with the incentive of trying to stay with the runner just ahead of you. Anyone (especially newcomers) interested in learning more about speed workouts, racing faster, or enjoying a higher level of fitness should attend. No experience is necessary.
